Janet O'Connor wins the Golden Heart
Congratulations to Janet O'Connor, PACU Surgical Services, for winning the Golden Heart award for the second quarter 2009-2010 from McDuffie Regional Medical Center. Janet assists with any teaching and inservices that may involve the care of our post-op patients. Roxanne Whitaker, Surgical Services Director, stated "Janet has a very compassionate attitude and takes the extra time with her patients to make them feel extra special. Janet is very helpful in all areas of Surgical Services and she never hesitates to lend a hand. We are very fortunate to have her as a member of our team."
