Mrs. HuLinda Gunby Baggett
THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. HuLinda Gunby Baggett, 80,
entered into rest August 4, 2010 at University Hospital,
Augusta.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years,
Gene Baggett, their son David, and her parents Hugh and
Ruby Leona Gunby.
HuLinda is survived by her loving daughter, Bonnie
Baggett of Thomson; one brother, Eugene Gunby of
Washington, and a number of nieces and nephews.
A lifelong resident of McDuffie County, HuLinda was a
member of First United Methodist Church of Thomson. She
retired from the business world in 1986 after working with
Mr. Pete Knox for 37 years. She was a people person who
enjoyed golfing, traveling, reading, family gatherings, and
her many friends.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, August 06,
2010, at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Liza
Marler and John Barnes officiating. Interment followed in
Westview Cemetery, Thomson.

Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
