Pre-trial hearing is set for men charged in robbery

Two men charged in an armed robbery of a Thomson liquor store last year are set to appear in McDuffie County Superior Court for pre-trial hearings.

Keith Dell Nelson and Walter Parker Jr. are charged with the following: armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, court records show.

A third defendant, Megan Tara Millwood, was scheduled to appear for her hearing at the same time, but because attorney Victor Hawk had a conflict, her case has was moved to Sept. 20.

Toombs Judicial Circuit Superior Court Chief Judge Roger W. Dunaway Jr. will oversee the pre-trial hearings of Mr. Nelson and Mr. Parker on Sept. 1. Several other defendants will appear before the judge that day:

Demarcus Crowder, Violation of the Georgia Control Substances Act (VGCSA) for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, no proof of insurance, driving without a license and safety belt violations;

Antonio Leon Curry, theft by taking;

Dennis James Davis, aggravated stalking;

Larry Donnell Brewer, VGCSA for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana;

Sharane Nicole Moss, obstruction of a law enforcement officer;

Charlie M. Myrick, three counts of aggravated stalking;

Rebecca Ann Prince, aggravated stalking;

Abraham Sharpe, VGCSA for trafficking in marijuana, manufacturing of marijuana and possession of firearms by a convicted felon;

Antione Renard Stanley, theft by taking and criminal damage to property in the first degree;

Ben Williams, aggravated stalking;

Laterrance Demon Daniels, habitual violator, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and failure to wear a seat safety belt;

Carlandos Lewis, entering an automobile and theft by taking;

Johnny Lee Lowe, habitual violator, driving while license suspended, driving under the influence, no proof of insurance and failure to maintain lane;

Miles Rollings, forgery in the first degree;

Jose Cruz Astol, three counts of child molestation;

Matthew Bielewicz, theft by receiving stolen property, criminal use of an article with an altered mark, possession of drug related objects, VGCSA for possession of marijuana, speeding, window tint violation and violation of the Georgia Open Container Act;

Michael Paul Crane, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon;

Isaac Corell Grier, two counts of possession of prohibited items by inmates;

Walter Cobb, aggravated assault;

Ronald Thomas Coleman, VGCSA for manufacture of methamphetamine and VGCSA for unlawful possession of Pseudoephedrine;

Michael Holliman, VGCSA for manufacture of methamphetamine and VGCSA for unlawful possession of Pseudoephedrine;

Bernard Colen Todd, VGCSA for manufacture of methamphetamine and VGCSA for unlawful possession of Pseudoephedrine;

Leroy Commander, VGCSA for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of illegal substances near schools;

Melvin D. Shank, VGCSA for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of illegal substances near schools;

Brian Christopher Cushman, VGCSA for possession of Alprazolam;

Demorris Ficklin, Shadir Davar Grant, Issac Cordell Grier, Savonsia Mantice Jones and Santonio Dewayne Ramsey -- all charged with burglary, armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon;

Lashonda Green, financial transaction card fraud and identity fraud;

Daryl Lamont Rutledge, financial transaction card fraud and identity fraud;

Terry Maurice Hudson, VGCSA for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana;

Decarlos Rodriques Walker, VGCSA for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana;

Carl Leon Ivey, tampering with evidence;

Arthur Lee King, III, VGCSA for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of illegal substances near schools;

Gina Lucille McCullough, VGCSA for possession of Methdadone and possession of marijuana;

Eric Lamont Sims, four counts of financial transaction card fraud;

Lakesha Sims, two counts of aggravated assault and criminal trespass;

Bobby Anthony Speaks, two counts of aggravated assault and criminal trespass;

Crissey Belton, forgery in the first degree and theft by taking;

Titus Alexander Gideon, two counts of forgery in the first degree and

Shannon Simmons, forgery in the first degree.
