Mrs. Linda Johnson Vaughn
NORWOOD, Ga. - Mrs. Linda Johnson Vaughn, 62, entered
into rest September 26, 2010 at her residence. She was the beloved
wife of James "Jim" Vaughn.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September
29, 2010 at Westview Cemetery in Augusta, with Rev. Mike Dann
officiating.
Mrs. Vaughn was a native of Augusta, and was the daughter
of the late William Oliver Johnson, Sr. and the late Jewel Odom
Johnson. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, James "Jim" Vaughn,
Norwood; daughters, Kim Kaminer (Edward), Rhonda Gibbs
(Billy) and Connie Simerly
all of Grovetown; sons,
Jamie Vaughn (Heather),
Hephzibah, Daniel J. Vaughn
(Gail), Hawaii; brothers,
Oliver Johnson, Jr. (Robin),
Jackson, SC, Richard Knapp
(Lynn), Augusta, GA; 10
grandchildren and 2 great
grandchildren.
Beggs Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements.
