APPLING, Ga. - Funeral service for Mrs. Effie Bell Durham
Green, 76, of Appling, was held on Wednesday, October 27, 2010,
at 1 p.m., at Rehoboth Baptist Church, Appling, with Pastor, Rev.
Jesse Johnson, Jr., Eulogist. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors: husband, Hezekiah Green, Appling; six children, five
daughters, Charlotte Durham, Harlem, Sandra Green, Augusta,
Doris (Paul) Divers, Grovetown, Stephanie Green, Appling,
Margaret (Stacey) Roberts, and one son, Daniel (Stacie) Green, all of
Dearing; six grandchildren, Chandra Elam, Brian Green, Whitney
Johnson, Dandrell Green, DeAndre Divers, and Jordan Johnson;
three great-grandchildren, Ahnija Norman, Braelyn Norman, and
Samaiyah Green; two sisters, Minnie Tutt, and Vera Green, both of
Appling; two brothers, Dave (Viola) Durham, Appling, and Claude
(Willie Bea) Durham, Jr., Lincolnton; three sisters-in-law, Carol
Green, Katherine Green, and Minnie Green, all of Appling; two
brothers-in- law, Cornelius (Jannie) Green, and George Green, all
of Appling; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and
friends
