Mr. David Shawn Fielder
THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. David Shawn Fielder, 25, beloved son of
Mrs. Jean Prather and Mr. Richard Fielder, died Friday, October 29,
2010 at his residence.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, November 1,
2010, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeremy
Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Walker Cemetery. David was
born in Augusta, on February 17, 1985 and lived all of his life in
Thomson.
He was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Jean Prather, Thomson; his father,
Richard Fielder, Augusta; grandmother, Cora Prather, Thomson; his
two brothers, Timothy Dewayne Fielder, Thomson; and Travis Gean
Fielder, Thomson; his niece, Alexis Marie Fielder, his nephews,
Ryder DeVaun Fielder, Dayton Walker Fielder, and several aunts,
uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers were Bobby Wayne Akers Jr., Joey Akers, Brandon
Akers, Ryan Suell, George Norris, and Steve Whitaker.
Friends may call at the residence or at the Curtis Funeral Home.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
