Mrs. Nancy L. Freeman
THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Nancy L. Freeman, 89, widow of Mr.
William K. Freeman, died, Tuesday, January 11, 2011, in the
McDuffie Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Freeman was a native of California, but had lived in
Thomson for many years. She was a retired business owner, and she
was a member of Thomson First Baptist Church, where she was a
volunteer for many years. Mrs. Freeman had a passionate interest for
the Library, music, and politics.
Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by her husband, William K.
Freeman, and her daughter, Toni Cavagnolo, and a grandson, Freedie
Survivors include her two daughters, Victoria (Fred) Oliveira,
Thomson, Kati (Stefan) Krayk, Bear Valley California; her
grandchildren, Johnathan Oliveira, Erika, Brian, and Jeremy
Cavagnolo, Kira and Libby Krayk. Other surviving family members,
Steven and Robin Cavagnolo, and four- great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the
Thomson McDuffie County Library.
