Mrs. Patricia Guye Murphy
AUGUSTA, Ga. - Graveside Services for Mrs. Patricia Guye
Murphy, 89, of Augusta, who entered into rest January 21, 2011,
were conducted Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. in Westover Memorial
Park with Rev. Robert Fain officiating.
Mrs. Murphy was a native of Thomson, a former resident of
Houston, TX, having made Augusta her home for the past four
years. She was retired from Delta Airlines, where she was a flight
attendant for 45 years.
Survivors include three nieces, Marcia Guye Ireland, Augusta,
Brenda Guye and Debbie Guye, both of Charleston, SC; a nephew,
Russell Guye (Mary Edith), Augusta; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Guye,
Augusta; two great nieces, Caroline Ireland and Amanda Guye,
Augusta, and one great nephew, Nicholas Guye.
Memorials may be made to the Jud C. Hickey Center for
Alzheimer's, 1904 Central Ave, Augusta, GA, 30904.
Posey Funeral Directors of North Augusta was in charge of
arrangements.
