Mrs. Doris Banks Miller
THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Doris Banks Miller of Thomson, passed
away on Saturday January 15, 2011, at University Hospital.
She was born and raised in Lincolnton. She lived in Brooklyn, NY
for 52 years and return to Thomson, GA in 2008. Her funeral services
were held Saturday, January 22, 2011, at 2 pm at First Mt Carmel
Church in Appling, GA with Pastor Rosce Perry, officiating.
She leaves to mourn her passing, a sister, Margaree Sims of Evans;
a brother, Murray Banks of Washington; and a host of nieces and
nephews including Gary Blackwell, a nephew that was like a son to
her.
