Mrs. Bobbie Ruth McCarty
THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Bobbie Ruth McCarty, 83, entered
into rest Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at University Hospital,
Augusta.
Funeral Services were held 2
PM, Friday, January 28, 2011
at Mount Moriah Methodist
Church, Lyons, GA., with the
Rev. Roy Kittle officiating.
Interment followed in the
church cemetery.
Mrs. McCarty was a loving
mother and grandmother.
She was a member of Powell
Baptist Church and enjoyed
being a homemaker.
She is survived by her son,
James and Jim and McCarty
and his wife Kathleen of
Thomson, a daughter, Debra
Lowery of Milledgeville, GA.,
six grandchildren, Robert
Sutton, Scott (Tosha) McCarty,
Keith Sutton, Micki Harrison,
Shannon (Sam) Norris,
Matthew Covil, six great
grandchildren and one greatgreat
grandchild and a special
and loving friend, Nettie Pearl
(Pat) Terry.
Starling Funeral Home was
in charge of arrangements.
