Mrs. Betty Lowe Lazar
GROVETOWN, Ga. - Mrs. Betty Lowe Lazar, 69, loving wife of
Robert Lazar, Jr. of 51 years, entered into rest Tuesday, January 25,
2011 at her residence.
Funeral services were held 2 P..M, Friday, January 28,2011, in
the Chapel at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Dr. Phil Bray and
Rev. Jim Martin officiating. Interment will immediately follow the
service. Mrs. Lazar was a member of Fort Creek Baptist Church in
Dearing and a member of the Ruben Huff Sunday School Class.
Betty was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be
deeply missed by all.
Survivors in addition to her husband include her children, Nancy
Cantey of Grovetown, Brenda (Terry) Murphey of Dearing, Bobbie
(Dennis) Havens of Harlem, Sandra (Steve) Evans of Thomson,
and Robert (Shonda) Lazar of Grovetown, one sister, Judy Wade of
Thomson; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Robbie Lowe, Ricky Morris, Lonnie and JR
and Stewart, Allen and Shorty and Stewart, Donnie Newman and
Michael Wade.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the
American Cancer Society , 2607 Commons Blvd., Augusta, GA.
