LATER WORKED AT: Camak Manufacturing, maker of comforters, sheets, etc., for water beds. Worked in shipping. Also sold fish bait for Russell's Bait & Tackle at Raysville Marina.
OTHER ACTIVITIES: Former president of Georgia Moose Association after working his way through the chairs for 10 years. "I've been a Moose for 48 years."
Also, commander of VFW Post 6672, which meets at the community center on Wire Road.
HOBBIES: Dove hunting. Also fishes for bream, shellcrackers and catfish. His biggest catch was a 42-pound blue catfish from the Santee Cooper Reservoir
