Carpenter- Colclough

Chelsea Ann Carpenter and Casey Brewer Colclough were united in marriage on Oct. 9, 2010, at Oakhurt Farm, LaGrange, Ga. The Rev. Greg Brown officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Lt. Col. and Mrs. George E. Carpenter and Mrs. Linda W. Carpenter of LaGrange. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Virnus B. Wiles and Mr. George H. Carpenter and the late Mrs. Edith L. Carpenter.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Benjamin (Carol) Colclough III of Thomson. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George A. Fountain and Mrs. Wesley Benjamin Colclough Jr. and the late Mr. Colclough.

The bride was given away by her parents.

Matron of honor was Serenity Ann Graham, sister of the bride, of LaGrange. Bridesmaids were Jessica Colclough, sister-in-law of the groom, of Decatur, Ga.; Johannah Siros, cousin of the bride, of Old Town, Maine; Shae Bendell, friend of the bride, of LaGrange; Carrie Connell, friend of the bride; Laura Finney, friend of the bride, of Macon; Melissa Foster, friend of the bride, of Franklin, Ga.; Meredith Ingram, friend of the bride of Atlanta; Kimberly Weimer, friend of the bride of Colleyville, Texas.

Flower girls were Gracie Graham, niece of the bride, of LaGrange; Emma Siros, cousin of the bride, of Old Town; Nyima Colclough, niece of the groom, of Quebec, Canada; and Savannah Colclough, niece of the groom, of Decatur.

The groom chose his father as his best man.

Groomsmen were Tye Colclough, brother of the groom, of Decatur; Wes Colclough, brother of the groom, of Quebec; Brian Atkins, cousin of the groom, of Grovetown; Ricky Crowe, cousin of the groom, of Evans; Jeff Fox, friend of the groom of McDonough, Ga.; Matthew Graham, brother-in-law of the bride, of LaGrange; Ben Hughes, cousin of the groom, of Lexington, S.C.; and David Pilgrim Jr., cousin of the groom, of Dearing.

Ring bearers were Landon Colclough, nephew of the groom, of Decatur, and Walker Graham, nephew of the bride, of LaGrange.

Wedding director was Glenda Atkins, aunt of the groom.

Photographer was Buffy Dekmar of LaGrange.

Musicians were Calem Bendell, Rhys Bendell and Sam Lee, violinists; Tessa Williams, cellist; and Meredith Ingram, soloist.

After the wedding, the couple enjoyed a trip to Cancun, Mexico. They are residing in Atlanta.
