Mrs. Phyllis Albea Reese

GROVETOWN, Gia. - Mrs. Phyllis Albea Reese, 64 entered
into rest February 10, 2011, at Doctors Hospital.
Memorial services were held at 3 p.m., Monday, February 14,
2011, at Beulah Baptist Church in Lincoln County, with Rev. Wade
Palmer and Kim Cain officiating.
Mrs. Reese was born in Washington, Ga., and was the daughter
of the late Charles Albea and the late Clara Bailey Albea. She was
retired from the unemployment division of the Georgia Department
of Labor. Mrs. Reese served as a volunteer for many organizations
such as the Columbia County Senior Center. She was an amateur
photographer. Mrs. Reese was also a member of Mosaic United
Methodist Church and AGLOW.
Survivors include her husband, Don Reese, Sr. Warrenton;
son, Don Reese, Warrenton; daughter, Deidre "Dee" Tapley
and husband, Vic, Evans; brother, Clint Albea, Washington;
grandchildren, Natasha Akhavan and Hunter Tapley.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society .
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
