On March 18-20, members of the Thomson High School Future Business Leaders of America traveled to the Hyatt Regency hotel in Atlanta for the FBLA State Leadership Conference.
Members attended workshops on skills such as team building, communication, ethics and leadership. They also received information about the HOPE scholarship, March of Dimes and financial literacy.
Dylan Johnson placed eighth in the Accounting I event. Mallory Bland was also recognized for serving as region secretary. The chapter came home with Chapter of the Year Bronze Level, membership achievement and 50 member club awards.
