Ms. Lenace Jeanette Cavnor
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Ms. Lenace Jeanette Cavnor, 79,
entered into rest on Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Covington
Heights Nursing home.
Born in Portsmouth, VA on May 9, 1931, she was the
daughter of the late Arthur AJ and Fannie Robinette. In
addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her
husband of 55years, Robert Bud Cavnor in 2005; her son
Robert Robbie Cavnor in 1991.
Survivors include two sons: James Tim Cavnor and his
wife Dottie of Petersburg, VA; William Scott Cavnor and
his wife Maria of Thomson; one daughter, Bonnie Kaye
Jacobs and her husband Roger of Sioux Falls, SD; 13
grandchildren,15 great grandchildren; brothers, Donald
Robinette and his wife Florence of Kingsport, TN, Arthur
Artie Robinette and his wife Kim of Durham, NC; and one
sister, Wanda Guruth and her husband Don of Tampa, FL;
as well as many nieces and nephews.
Jeanette has donated her body for the advancement of
science to the Genises program in Memphis, TN. Memorials
may be sent to the Sioux Empire Homeless Coalition, PO
Box 2841, Sioux Falls, SD 57101.
