Lamar-Ezzyk to wed October 8
Mr. and Mrs. Al Lamar of
Thomson are pleased to announce
the engagement of
their daughter, Amber Elizabeth
Lamar, to Eric Ezzyk,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Don
Ezzyk of Lincolnton. The
wedding is planned for 3 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at The
Old Government House in
Augusta.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Ray
Brown and the late Betty
Champion Brown of Rossville,
Ga., Dr. Morris T. Suggs
of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Mr.
and Mrs. Ronald Holloway
of Monroe, Ga., and Mr. and
Mrs. Gene Lamar of Washington.
She is a 2000 graduate
of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive
High School and
a 2008 graduate of Augusta
Technical College with an associate's
degree in radiology.
She is presently employed as
a radiologic technologist at
Augusta GYN.
The groom-elect is the
grandson of the late Mr. and
Mrs. William B. Wetherington
Sr. of Belvedere, S.C.,
and the late Mrs. Katherine
Lariscy of Augusta. He is a
1998 Lincoln County High
School and a 2000 graduate
of Augusta Technical College
with an automotive technology
diploma. He is presently
employed by Taylor BMW as
a master technician.
