Mrs. Linda Ledbetter
THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Linda Ledbetter, 54, widow of
Mr. John Ledbetter, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011, in the
Medical College of Georgia.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4,
2011, in the Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Todd
Upchurch officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Ledbetter was a native of McDuffie County, and
a 1976 graduate of Thomson High School. She was a
member of Calvary Baptist Church. Linda enjoyed working
word puzzles, and she loved her pets.
Survivors include her mother, Jewell Poss, Dearing; her
three brothers, William (Debra) Poss, Thomson; Stevie
Poss, Tommy Poss, of Dearing; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Pallbearers were Trevor Poss, Joey Poss, Jeremy Poss,
Adam Murphy, Gene Holbrook, and Tim Cosby.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
