Mr. William Henry Jones
THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. William Henry Jones, 65, died
Tuesday, June 7, 2011, in the McDuffie Regional Medical
Center.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 10,
in the Westview Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Martin
officiating.
Mr. Jones was a native of Wilkes County, but had lived
in Thomson for many years. He was a retired carpenter and
an Army veteran.
Survivors include his two daughters, Angela (Mitch)
Garbutt, Stapleton; Jennifer Jones, Oregon; his son, Walter
Joseph Jones, Oregon; his sister, Mary J. Lucik, Louisiana;
his brother, Walter (Dorothy) Jones, Fl.orida and three
grandchildren
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
