Mr. James R. Keller

HARLEM, Ga. - Mr. James R. Keller, 62, beloved husband of Mrs. Linda Keller, died June 15, 2011, at his residence. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 17, in the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Keller was a native of Philadelphia Pa., but had lived in Harlem for many years. He was a Tower Technician for the Army Corps of Engineers. He served in the Marine Corps, and was a Vietnam veteran. Survivors include his wife, Linda Keller, Harlem; his three daughters, Mikaela Keller, Lincoln Nebraska; Misti (Jacob Riggs) Boggess, Harlem; Rachel (Ryan) James, Harlem; his sister, Mary Sue Harris, Raleigh NC.; his grandchildren, Madison and Chase Boggess, Makenzie Johnson, Anna James, Donavan James, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Jacob Riggs, Chris Teasley, Eric Butcher, Robert Garner, Benjamin Thompson, and Chad Boggess. Honorary Pallbearer was Chase Boggess. Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
