An employee of the Thomson IGA has been charged with stealing money from the business.
Kristen K. Phillips, 39, of Thomson was arrested Friday and charged with theft by taking, Thomson police Capt. Jamie Bridges said today.
Bridges said store video showed Phillips first removing money from the till to purchase a snack item. She then removed $120, the video showed.
When questioned by police Phillips admitted taking the money.
