A memorial service is planned at 3 p.m. Sunday in Thomson for Army Spc. Bryan J. Brubeck, who died May 22 in Savannah, Ga.
The 2001 graduate of Thomson High School joined the Army in 2008. He was stationed at Fort Stewart, Ga.
The memorial service will be at the White Columns Inn, 1890 Washington Road.
Family members ask that memorials be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
