Newsome-Parish to wed August 6
Ms. Tracy Newsome is
pleased to announce the
engagement of her daughter,
Ashleigh Lauren Newsome,
to Steven Lewis Parish,
son of Mr. Steve and Mrs.
Marcia Parish of Thomson.
The bride-elect is the
granddaughter of Mr. Warren
and Mrs. Karen Newsome
of Thomson and Mr. Tony
Newsome of Jewell. She
is a 2009 graduate of
Briarwood Academy, attends
Augusta State University
and is employed by Aflac.
The groom-elect is the
grandson of Mr. James and
Mrs. Betty Parish and the
late Mrs. Helen Parish of
Thomson and Ms. Lucy
Pulliam and the late Mr.
Lewis Pulliam of Augusta.
He is a 2005 graduate of
Thomson High School, and is
a firefighter with Grovetown
Department of Public Safety.
The wedding is planned
for 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug.
6, 2011, at Faith Baptist
Church in Thomson.
The bride and groom would
