Mr. Gregory "Gregg" Donald Teasley
THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Gregory "Gregg" Donald Teasley, 50,
died unexpectedly Thursday, July 27, 2011.
Funeral services were held from the chapel of Chance &
Hydrick Funeral Directors, Saturday, July 30, 2011, at 11 a.m.
with the Revs. Charles Whisnant and T. Mickey Moss officiating.
Interment followed in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Teasley, was born in Augusta on April 28, 1961. He had
lived in Augusta most of his life but had recently established
a home in Thomson. Gregg was quiet with a quirky sense of
humor and when he loved something he loved it with all his
heart. Gregg enjoyed collecting guns, antique tools and other
interesting items. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors but
most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was
employed with DSM Chemicals for 23 years.
Mr. Teasley was preceded in death by his father, Donald
Teasley, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Rawls and Mr. and
Mrs. J.H. Teasley.
Survivors include his fiance, Karen Godbee; and her sons,
Tyler and Kyle; his mother, Phyllis Teasley; sister, Leann Anglin
and her husband, John; niece, Amanda Lamie and her husband,
Kenny; nephew, Jesse Anglin; aunts and uncles, Roy and Betty
Jenkins, Dot and Donald Rawls, John and Judy Teasley; he also
had many cousins that he held close to his heart.
Pallbearers were Craig Arrington, Patrick Arrington, Jack
Edwards, Phillip Rachels, Guy Quinn, Lorenz Quinn.

Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors were in charge of
arrangements.
