13-year-old meets 'Live' host Ripa, tapes segment

Editor's note: Danielle Wilson wrote this article about her brother Noah's visit to New York, where he saw Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa present their morning show.

Noah and his granddaddy, Wilbur Thigpen, flew to New York on Tuesday, July 19, to see Live with Regis and Kelly because Noah is a big fan of the show.

The next morning, they went to the studio.

As soon as the show went to a commercial, Kelly went over to see Noah.

Noah got a picture made with Regis and Kelly; they also gave him an autograph.

Noah was supposed to have been in the audience spotlight where Regis and Kelly would have asked him questions, but they ran out of time on the show.

Noah got to do a fashion finder with Kelly instead, which you can see at the Live with Regis and Kelly Web site and click on fashion finder.

Noah also will be shown on previously recorded shows Aug. 23 and 24.

Noah flew home that day and has been on cloud nine ever since.

His mom is Kim Wilson, his dad is Terry Wilson, and his twin sister is Danielle Wilson.

Noah will never forget his trip of a lifetime to New York. He was 8 years old when he first started liking Kelly Ripa.

He says that when he gets older he would like to live in New York, and become a talk show host.

"I felt great when I saw Kelly Ripa walk out that door," Noah said. "I was just so happy 'cause when she walked out she pointed at me."
