The first annual Boys & Girls Clubs of the CSRA Tennis Classic will be held Aug. 24-28 at the Club at Rae's Creek.

Former table tennis coach Pete May will hold a table-tennis reunion as part of the Tennis Classic at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25. All former Boys Club Table Tennis Team members are invited to attend the reunion.

"I coached table tennis at the clubs in the '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s," laughed May, "so that's a lot of players to locate."

The CSRA Tennis Association has approved the tournament, and Al Shepard will referee. Registration is available at www.usta.com; the tournament ID No. is 700015211.

The cost is $33 to participate or $39 to add a second event.
