THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Jimmy Allen Luther, Jr., 31, of Thomson, died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011. Private funeral services will be held at a later date. Mr. Luther, a native of Hendersonville, N.C., had lived in the Thomson area since 1995. He was a truck driver and attended The Building Church. Survivors include his wife, Erin Edwards Luther; one daughter, Danielle Anne Luther; one son, John David (L.T.) Luther; all of Thomson; his mother, Linda McElreath, Hendrsonville, N.C.; two brothers, David McElreath, Lexington, S.C. and Phillip McElreath, Hendersonville, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews. Lowe Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
