LINCOLNTON — Mrs. Margie Casteel, 65, died Nov. 29, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with Russell Gary officiating. Mrs. Casteel was born in Cross City, Fla., and was the daughter of the late John Henry Fleming and Mary Ann Thomas Fleming. She had retired from Eisenhower Army Medical Center as a Uniform Business Office manager. She was of Pentecostal faith. Survivors include her husband, William Clinton Casteel Sr., Lincolnton; son, William Clinton Casteel Jr., Grovetown; daughter, Angela Marie Faglier and husband, DeWayne, of Mitchell; brothers, John Henry Fleming Jr., of Florida; George Wesley Fleming of Cross City, Fla.; sisters, Dorothy Mae Fleming of Cross City, Fla., Eva Jane McCarty of Hinesville, Ga., Nancy Adkins of Cross City, Fla., two grandchildren, Joshua Lee Cauley, Hephzibah, Ga., Ashley Marie Cauley, Mitchell, one stepgrandson, DeWayne Cody Faglier and wife, Megan, and one stepgreat-granddaughter, Chesnie Faglier.
