Allen Rogers, an eighth grade student at Briarwood Academy, poses for a photo with his mother, Angie Rogers, who is a pre-K teacher at Maxwell Elementary. Allen visited Maxwell on Dec. 9 to share his musical talents. He played the guitar and sang several songs along with the pre-K pupils. Selections included Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Jingle Bells. At the conclusion of the performance, each pre-K student got a chance to strum the guitar.
